I JUST GOT MY RING BUT IT DOESN'T FIT! WHAT DO I DO?

We offer free exchanges, just contact us at info@namfleg.com for shipping instructions. The exchanges are free of charge, but customer bears the cost of shipping the ring to the place of exchange.

HOW DO I RETURN MY JEWELRY?

If you’d like to return the jewelry or wristwatch that you ordered online, please contact info@namfleg.com for shipping instructions. All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We ship jewelry from our stores in Europe – depending on availability of the ordered item(s).Delivery time for free standard shipping by post depends on the customer’s country of residence. Orders shipped to European countries are normally delivered within a week, delivery to North America takes 1-2 weeks, and delivery to Canada and Australia takes 3-4 weeks. For expedited delivery we offer DHL Express.Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.

DO I HAVE TO PAY LOCAL TAXES?

Goods delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes in the country of delivery. If you have questions about customs charges please contact your local customs office.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A PIECE I FOUND ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes, you can. If you would like to order any item in a metal other than silver, or with a certain enamel color, please contact us at info@namfleg.com. Custom made orders normally take us about 2-3 weeks to produce.

WHAT WARRANTIES DO YOU OFFER?

Our 1-year warranty covers jewelry with manufacturing defects. We offer free exchanges for jewelry with manufacturing defects to new items. Customers need to send a receipt and photos of their jewelry with defects to info@namfleg.comWarranty does not apply to the products with defects, generated by inappropriate or incorrect use, including mechanical damage, deformation (from shocks or dropping, for example), high temperatures and chemicals exposure, as well as other defects caused by the Customer.If the defect was caused by inappropriate use of the jewelry, we will exchange the purchased product for the similar item for 50% of its retail price, listed on the namfleg.com website.

WHAT IS RHODIUM PLATING?

Rhodium is a platinum group metal with a silver-white color. Noble and expensive, it’s even more rare than gold. Rhodium-coated silver can be easily mistaken for white gold. Thanks to the rhodium, silver doesn’t tarnish and gains brilliance.Electroplating is a chemical reaction of coating silver with a fine and even layer of rhodium or gold. Molecules of rhodium or gold penetrate the surface layer of the jewelry item, creating a protective layer that provides tarnish resistance.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?

Use only special remedies (silver cleaning solution, silver polishing cloth) developed for gold and silver.

Our Trade in service allows you to exchange any our product for the brand new item for 50% of retail price within 3 years.
